Inspiration
Young people aren't communicating with their government and are not aware of political issues. We help Selfie Activism will inspire them to become more politically active.
What it does
- Pick an issue you're interested in
- Take a selfie for the postcard
- Write a message on your stance on the issue
- Use your location to find your local representatives
- We send your postcard (physical!) to them using the Lob API!
How we built it
We made it in Objective-C with Lob API to send the postcard. We scrape issues and their descriptions from 5calls.org
What's next for Selfie Activism
We're launching a social campaign as well as improving the app.
