Time is the only resource nobody can get back.

We are bound by time. Shaped by time.

And now we will shatter time. Hold it in our mortal palms and twist it to our advantage.

Warp

Warp allows you to speed and slow time as you wish. Any time saved can be given back and used as blocks of "bonus time" or spread throughout the day.

Warp provides a suite of clocks to fool your senses into an alternate temporal reality. Break bad time sucking habits by cutting down time and use it for productive tasks later.

Warp has 3 core modes:

Extend: Time in a designated period is sped up. The saved time is now given as bonus time where the clock stops and allows for the bonus time to finish before continuing. The non-designated times are untouched, allowing for synchronized portions of the day.

Stretch: Time in a designated period is sped up. The remaining portion of the 24 hour cycle is stretched (goes slower) to pick up the unused time. All potions of the day are out of sync with standard time.

Synced: Experimental mode that intelligently reads in your schedule for the day, and according to your broad guidelines, attempts to free time while maintaining all events' synchronization to real-time.

To sell the illusion of the alternate timeline, we targeted all the major places on a smartphone where the time is prominently shown. We identified the Launcher and Lockscreen as the two most important locations. Since most people do not have rooted phones, we could not change the system clock. To mask the time, we made a custom lockscreen as well as a homescreen widget. The combination of these two components cover up almost all displays of time on a modern smartphone, with the only major place uncovered being the top status bar.

Privacy Policy

We (Gary Qian and Jerry Qian, under the publishing organization Melonius Games) will not collect any user data through Warp (hereby referred to as 'the app').
