I analyzed a bit and found that most of my time on browser is not so productive , even if I am learning something or found something new , to retain that info I need to store it somewhere , or while read ,, to read with much more concentration I need a highlighter or so . Also many people have different learning habits , some learn by speaking or some by listening , well I am of the type who learns by listening therefore I decided to make a text to speech extension for web.

My chrome extension allows users to convert selected text to speech , add note of any great info found while browsing , highlight text while reading , and also get word meanings of the selected word .

The chrome extension is mainly built using javascript .

The idea of an extension was new to me and also I am beginner , so yeah , first I need to know about it , The best resource were the documentation of course .

I have been able to accomplish the functionality that I desired .

To improve the project I really want to add on more features and a great UI .
