Inspiration

When I started with Flutter, I remember having the same doubt as many do now when faced with the flood of Flutter widgets.

What it does

Five years ago, we didn't have Gemini API to send a screenshot or design and get back the same screen built with Flutter. Starting from that base and improving upon it is much simpler than starting from absolute scratch, avoiding wasting hours.

How we built it

It is a work in progress but it works! This project was built using Fluttter and google_generative_ai

Challenges we ran into

In a short timeframe, testing something that remains simple yet useful was a significant challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

In a short amount of time, I was able to achieve something demonstrable, although there's still much room for improvement in the app's structure itself.

What we learned

Well, to be honest, I´m still browsing in Google IA for devs documentation so it seems that it is just the beginning

What's next for Show Me The Code

First of all, get some user feedback and improves our prompt to produce better code. I have a lot to learn about it. In the meantime, I'm starting to implement clean architecture to the current codebase. I started from a KISS principle but it it time to add some love to this app.
