Inspiration

We were inspired to simplify the student experience of navigating several websites for resources.

What it does

Utilizing Wolfram and Google Cloud API, QuickLearn prompts a question from a multitude of topics (Math, English, etc.) from the user and generates a conceptual description along with a YouTube video on the topic for further understanding.

How we built it

Next.js utilizing Google Cloud API and WolframAPI JSON analysis.

Challenges we ran into

Difficulty with environmental key as well as integration with Python and Flask

Accomplishments that we're proud of

YouTube and Wolfram API usage as well as website development

What we learned

We learned how to parse through JSON first hand as well as learned more about Google and Wolfram API as well as browser-based API query

What's next for QuickLearn

For QuickLearn's future, we want more specific descriptions, integration with random practice problem generation as well, and connecting that into the Python backend. Additionally, we want to do some query analysis to understand user inputs more accurately.
