Inspiration - I have loved VR for a couple years, because its the most immersive kind of gaming. The first time I tried my new Mesta Quest 3, I fell in love with mixed reality, maybe even more than VR. After playing the intro MR game I checked the store and realized there were very few MR titles. So of course I started thinking of things I could make that would really be fun and keep you coming back. Then this hackathon popped up at the perfect time and decided to make AR Mini Golf!

What it does - This game allows you to use all sorts of tool I created to build a Mini Golf course in your home. People have paid too much to go play Mini-Golf for too long. Now up to 40 players can play -- two different modes -- sharing one headset and casting the game to there TV --New Party Night Idea!

How I built it - I utilized two paid assets: AutoHands, MeshDeformation. I also utilized Meta's MR Utility Kit and Haptics SDK. The rest of it I did from watching tutorials, reading documentation, and more. Its been a long journey.

Challenges I ran into - Pretty much everything I built broke at first and there were just a lot of hard errors to solve.

Accomplishments that we're proud of - I got the game mostly finished by the deadline, which I was not expecting and its got tons of awesome features!

What I learned - I have learned so much more about shaders and countless other things. this has been my biggest project yet by far.

What's next for Mini Golf AR - I would like to finish it up and polish it more, then bring it to the quest store. I will add local multiplayer and saving too! I don't want people to have to overpay for the same local Mini-Golf experiences anymore, bring the party home and make it your own!

I am aware there are currently a bunch of small issues greatly impacting the play experience. I will try to get them all fixed in the next 2 - 4 days!

If you play before then I would still love some feedback, thank you so much!
