The Topol Review highlights the potential impact of even minor reductions in admin time, suggesting that reducing NHS admin by just one minute could save hundreds of thousands of hours annually in emergency and GP consultation times. A case study from Chiswick demonstrates how reducing admin time by just half could equate to saving approximately 28.5 million hours of GP consultation time and 2 million hours of emergency department consultation time annually.
The integration of Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) through Joy AI can dramatically streamline this process. What it does
Joy AI employs Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) to enhance patient care. It listens to conversations during patient consultations, using advanced speech recognition and natural language processing to transcribe and organize discussions into structured medical notes.

How we built it
The frontend of Joy AI was developed with ReactJS for its dynamic and user-friendly interface, while the backend utilizes NodeJS for efficient and secure data management. The core AI, powered by the proprietary Gemini algorithm, ensures precise transcription and data structuring.
